Brandon "Master Lock" Lokits says.." My missle is bigger than yours Chris the Part-Timer!"

LOKKKIIITTTSSS! Much like Rocky yelling Drago is all we could hear in the Sam 100.7 studios Thursday morning!

With Barnfair this Saturday at Noon at Chaney's. Here is the tale of the tape for the " I Ate Althea" Ice Cream Eating Contest.
Our very own Chris " The Hardest Workin' Part Timer in the Business" will take on the " Master Lock" Brandon Lokits from WBKO.

Age: Lokits: Mid 20's
Chris: Unknown Lokits is young and hungry...which comes in handy during a ice cream eating contest...but Chris has the experience. Chris has a fast metabolism and can eat a dozen donuts and still be ready for any variety of cheeseburger.
ADVANTAGE: Chris the Part-Timer

Weight: Lokits: Probably about 150-160 and 6'00"
Chris: About 185 and 6'3" Lokits is a TV guy so he has to stay in shape..plus he jumps out of planes and goes to space camp. Chris works part time for a radio station. We do have a ping pong table though! The ladies love the Master Lock so we'll give him the edge.
ADVANTAGE: Master Lock

Reach: ADVANTAGE: Chris the Part-Timer: A very crucial thing to keep in mind during ice cream eating contests. Scoop-To-Mouth-Ratio could come into play...Chris can scratch his lower back over his shoulder his arms are so long!

RADAR THE WEATHER DOG EFFECT: Lokits will have to deal with the direct competition being right there at his feet..literally! You know Radar is a trash talker..although it is dog language..and he will do all he can to rattle Lokits cage. Chris is deathly afraid of all animals..big or small. Serious...he came over to my house for Wrestlemania and my lazy cat nearly gave him a heart attack.
ADVANTAGE: Lokits: He steps up to Radar's smack talking...Chris needs Derby-like blinders to avoid the dog.

HEAT FACTOR: Lokits does jump out of planes, climb mountains, and woo the ladies...but his 9-5 job is in cool AC at WBKO. Chris sweats it out every Thursday doing the Random Acts of Sam...He trains during the week in hot work conditions at his other job...He loves to sweat...ok..that's just gross!

VEGAS PREVIEW: In this classic tale of the underdog vs. the extreme machine look for Lokits to come out swinging and try to take out Chris early. Lokits is use to living on the edge. This is just another adventure to him. He has topped mountains and jumped from planes...so the Althea and eight scoops of ice cream is just another brick in his wall. He will try to break Chris early..probably going stright for the ice cream and skipping past the whip cream and toppings. Chris on the other hand is a working man's ice cream eater. He will be the tortise in this race. As long as Radar isn't too close he shouldn't have a problem finding room to store this monster pile of Althea. It will be a difficult road for both to down this large amount of ice cream and I am sure they will both walk away with respect for each other. We could see a scene much like the end of Rocky where both are laying side by side in hospital beds at the Medical Center...bloated with large amounts of ice cream with a handshake and new found respect for each other like Creed had for Balboa.

ODDS: LOKITS: 6-1 to finish the whole thing
Chris: 5-2 to finish the whole thing
